Engagements

Our firm provides three levels of assurance engagements: audits, reviews, and compilations. Our approach enables us to provide you with financial information in an efficient manner delivered with excellent customer service. We discuss your needs with you to determine which engagement suits you best.

Audit Engagements

Audited financial statements have the highest level of assurance. Organizations that require audited statements typically receive government funding or have investors who require an audit because of their investment.
An audit provides you with the assurance that your statements are presented fairly in all material respects. Our team works with you to plan and execute an audit efficiently while ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.

Review Engagements

Reviews have limited assurance where we determine if the information is plausible. To determine whether it is plausible or not, accountants use inquiry, analytical procedures, and discussions with management. Review engagements are normally required when credit agreements are in place or being applied for.

Compilation Engagements

Compilations have no assurance and involve preparing financial statements where our firm relies on the information provided to us by management. Compilations are the most common engagements which
are used by management to view the results of the organization and to complete tax returns. Compilations may be used by financial institutions when deciding on approving your company for a loan.
